Garden Watch Program

The purpose of Garden Watch is to encourage people to get outside and be more active through gardening. By doing so, it enables you to be more aware of your neighborhood, meet your neighbors and share information. With an extra set of eyes out in the neighborhood, it also deters crime! As a garden watch member, you will be provided with plants & compost. All you will be responsible for is prepare your plant beds, plant, maintain, weed and water on a regular basis. You can encourage all of your neighbors to participate. You can call the Collingwood CPC if any issues arise with the garden and call 911 if you see any suspicious activity or person on your block while gardening.

For more information or garden watch or to become a member, please contact the Collingwood CPC at 604 717-2935 or email chris@collingwoodcpc.com
